A video from a government primary school in Nurpur, Dadri block, Greater Noida, has surfaced online, allegedly showing schoolchildren carrying and moving construction material inside school premises. The video has sparked concerns after allegations that children were made to perform work instead of focusing on their studies. The school premises also reportedly had waterlogging, with claims of a failed sewage system and poor drainage conditions. The viral footage has raised questions about the condition of the school and whether students were being asked to carry out work unrelated to their education. The allegations are yet to be independently verified by education department officials, and further clarification is awaited. 29-Year-Old FlyDubai Co-Pilot who Tried To Hijack Israel-Bound Flight With Axe, Studied At British University And is Allegedly a ‘Religious Extremist’ — Report A FlyDubai co-pilot accused of attempting to hijack an Israel-bound flight had previously been removed from flying duties in Oman over concerns about alleged extremist views, according to reports. According to Daily Mail, the 29-year-old Omani national, Hamam Al Hammami, allegedly attacked captain Smit Machchhar with a cockpit crash axe as Flight FZ1073 travelled from Dubai to Tel Aviv on Wednesday. The aircraft, carrying 182 people, plunged about 14,000ft in 29 seconds before passengers and crew subdued Al Hammami. The flight diverted to Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, and landed safely. Hayoun said Al Hammami had his knees on the controls, “as though trying to interfere with the instruments.” “So I grabbed him by the throat,” he said, adding that at least three other Israelis helped restrain and tie up the co-pilot. He then returned to the controls after noticing the aircraft pointing downward. “I leaned over the seat, reached forward with my hands and pulled the controls toward me because the aircraft was pointing downward,” he said. Hayoun explained that he had learned the basic action from watching Air Crash Investigation. “I saw on it that when an aircraft is going downward, you have to bring the controls back — pull them backward — to bring the nose level.” He said he only operated the controls for a few seconds before an off-duty pilot took over. UAE Attorney General Hamad Saif Al Shamsi said Al Hammami had “attempted to carry out a terrorist act,” while Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu said he had undergone “Islamist radical indoctrination.” Reports said Al Hammami had previously been moved from flying duties at Oman Air after allegedly being found with extremist material. Authorities are investigating how he was later hired by FlyDubai and whether he acted alone.
