حالا جدی حبیب و معین یا متالیکا؟

sooooo obsessed 🧡 my blood orange @caliwater flavor is available in stores now!!

p.s. signed some boxes @ vons studio city for y’all too 💋

I competed in the @ocbchesapeakeclassic in Baltimore this past weekend! I had always thought about doing a show, so over the summer after I had moved I decided it was time. I did not hire a prep coach because I was worried I would feel less accountable for how my preparation went. As a result, my prep was far from perfect. I dieted way too fast, I did too much cardio, and prep was overall harder than it needed to be. At some point I accepted that my prep would be imperfect and I pushed on; even if my progress was not optimal, I accepted it as progress and I stopped worrying about being 100% efficient. I had signed up to try my hardest anyways, not necessarily win.

I am very happy with my results; I placed first in Novice Classic overall, first in Classic Open class A and second In Classic Open Overall. I was planning on doing only one show to scratch it off the bucket list, but it is painful to see how close I was to a pro card my first go. I am undecided as to whether I will do it all again, but if I do I will be much more prepared. I apologize for writing a book, I never thought I'd be the one writing the paragraph in their Ig caption lol.

Special shout out to my family and friends for all the encouragement, and to @averagely.jacked for the crash course on posing and peak week‼️ I am thankful for all of you.

i’ve reopened my substack growth course for one final round this year & you need to be in it 🥹 we are living in the weirdest, coolest time ever where being deeply yourself on the internet can literally change your entire life. you do not need a giant team. you do not need millions of followers. all you need is your voice, your stories, your actual point of view, and a system that knows what to do with all of it. that’s what i figured out. how to take the things i naturally wanted to talk about anyway (and have been talking about online for 14 years!!!) — my life, my niche obsessions, my thoughts, my experiences, all the things i have never shut up about — and turn them into a business that pays me incredibly well without making me feel like i’m performing for it. LIMITLESS is where i’m teaching the exact framework, and i just reopened the program up to do as a self-paced version. 5 weeks of materials, a group chat, 6 live call replay links, the exact framework to learn your own writing voice so you can grow like crazy on substack too. :) reply “LIMITLESS” below & i’ll send you the link to joinnn!!! once it closes, it won’t be reopening until 2027. now’s the time 👼🏼
