Millal ma viimati tänava/dokfoto stiilis asja tegin?

Jumal seda teab aga selline asi sai juhtuda tänu ühele lahedale tegelasele nimega @bluebluemedia

Jah.

London Protest against Vote chori, come to Gandhi’s statue in parliament square tomorrow at 12pm! #dhruvrathee
It’s not easy is it…… I’m on HRT which helps with a lot of symptoms and I’m so grateful for it - but my confidence is suffering at the moment due to weight gain, particularly on my tummy! I know I’ve spoken before about not chasing the last 7lbs and I haven’t changed my stance on that, but when you feel really uncomfortable and even the size up doesn’t fit, it’s time to look at nutrition and see what changes I can make just to regain a bit of confidence! It’s just not fair is it 😬 What changes have you noticed during peri menopause or menopause itself? I’d love to know ❤️
Would you believe me if I told you this pool was filled with strawberry lemonade ? 😘😘
I think we’ve confused consistency with doing something every day. When I was working my 9–5 at the hospital I was also trying to grow my social media on the side! My platform didn’t grow because I was posting an absurd number of times a day. It grew from YEARS of showing up and putting in the work. So here’s your reminder that consistency matters more than chasing after an unrealistic posting frequency ESPECIALLY if you’re working a 9-5 🫶🏼 #contentcreator #contentcreatortips #socialmediagrowth
