Tesla has demonstrated its redesigned Roadster performing extraordinary manoeuvres, including driving along a specially designed curved ramp, travelling upside down and briefly flying through the air before landing safely. The demonstration took place at a SpaceX facility in McGregor, Texas, on October 15, nearly nine years after Tesla first unveiled the next-generation Roadster in November 2017. Elon Musk shared footage of the demonstration on X with the caption, “Turns out the future does have flying cars.” The vehicle is expected to feature SpaceX-developed cold-gas thrusters, which use pressurised gas to generate thrust and potentially enable movements beyond those of conventional cars. However, the demonstration took place under controlled conditions and does not establish that the Roadster can function as an everyday flying car. Questions surrounding safety, regulations and practical use remain unresolved. After years of delays, production is reportedly planned for 2028, meaning the futuristic vehicle is still some distance from becoming a reality for customers.

Filmed a whole leg workout. Ill put the highlights here. If you want the whole thing plus a detail on why im doing everything see the full video. (Great editing, minimal brainrot!) The main theme of uniting it all is that there's stuff here from multiple lifting "identities" there's stuff you might call old school hardcore lifting, there's stuff you'd associate with "optimal" science kids. In reality its all optimal at least to the best of my ability to optimize for my goals, equipment and capabilities. There's a big difference between performative optimality, the stylistic cues and design language used to symbolilize "optimal" on social media (like using machines wrong) and actually problem solving for your goals given a set of parameters. The latter sometimes looks like lifting from another clique. That's ok. Today theres an anachronistic idea that people should just stick to "good old fashioned" big weights on basic movements and quit trying to invent new movements. But the reality is, that old school lifters were constantly inventing new optimized movements while also lifting big weights on barbells, which by the way, a lot of optimal kids should learn to do. In addition. You can do both.
