A big Salute to people who Keep exposing the GOVT Karan Pawar and Advocate Gupta have been raising questions about civic issues in Mira-Bhayandar, from alleged irregularities in public spending to questions about how municipal projects are billed. Their focus has been on accountability — questioning project costs, public expenditure and whether citizens are getting clear answers about where their money is going. When a civic project is worth lakhs of rupees, shouldn’t citizens have the right to know how that amount was calculated and where the money was spent? Public money deserves transparency, and allegations of irregularities deserve proper investigation. #mumbai #मुंबई #aamchimumbai #MiraBhayandar #MBMC [ Karan Pawar, Advocate Gupta, Mira Bhayandar, Mira Bhayandar news, MBMC news, Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation, Maharashtra news, Mumbai news, civic issues Mumbai, municipal corporation, public accountability, government transparency, civic corruption allegations, public funds, municipal budget, public expenditure, civic infrastructure, road construction Mumbai, municipal projects, government spending, RTI Maharashtra, Right to Information, social activists Maharashtra, civic activists, local governance, public interest, taxpayers money, corruption allegations Maharashtra, Mira Road news, MBMC corporators, civic awareness ]

TNHT Staff: @fashionswarrior __________ Neighbors, this is heartbreaking and disturbing. A 29-year-old mother traveled from New York to Miami hoping to enhance her appearance through cosmetic surgery, but the procedure ended in tragedy, leaving her 7-year-old daughter without a mother. Jennifer Arias underwent liposuction and a Brazilian Butt Lift at New Life Plastic Surgery on August 13. Before sunrise, she texted her sister to say she was heading into surgery. Just hours later, her family learned she was struggling to breathe. Jennifer was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she died. An autopsy revealed that fat had entered the blood vessels in both lungs following the procedure, causing fatal blockages. __________ According to an NBC6 investigation, at least six women have died following procedures at New Life Plastic Surgery since 2018. Jennifer’s surgeon, Dr. Julio Clavijo-Alvarez, was also involved in a 2022 case in which another woman died after cosmetic surgery. The doctor has faced several lawsuits alleging negligent treatment, and Florida medical regulators disciplined him in 2024, imposing $15,000 in fines over three separate complaints. He denied the allegations in the civil cases, and neither admitted nor denied the administrative allegations. Meanwhile, the clinic has been named in more than a dozen malpractice lawsuits. __________ Jennifer’s family is now searching for answers while Miami-Dade homicide investigators examine the circumstances surrounding her death. Her sister, Erika, admitted she feels guilty for not looking more closely into the surgeon’s history and believes affordability may have influenced Jennifer’s decision. Her mother, Monica, is calling for stronger protections to keep other families from suffering similar losses. “My daughter isn’t coming back. She is not coming back,” she cried. But perhaps the most devastating part is the little girl Jennifer left behind. As Monica put it, “My baby is left without her mother, without her hugs and a mother’s love.” 🎥: @nbc6
Trying out the new Meta glasses from Thailand. Today’s topic is the Tesla flying car. I look at it from multiple perspectives. From just permitting, there’s a lot of challenges. What’s so interesting about it, the technology itself is getting there and I think for metropolitan areas it’s gonna be very difficult. For long-haul traffic it could be very cool. Or in rural areas, even better, flying around in your car. I love the idea. From a perspective of investing, here’s what I think is going to happen. I think there’s no question that Tesla’s going to merge with SpaceX because that technology is coming together like this. So if you own Tesla stock, you’re going to own New Co. If you already own SpaceX, hang in. You’re going to own Tesla. It’s going to happen that way. #shotonmeta #metaglasses
