Today’s run was never about performance or an agenda. It was about an opportunity to do it all again, and make the most of it.

Who cares how fast you run, when you have a huge smile on your face the whole time?
…tbh the longer I’m on the course for, the more time we get to spend together.

Fitness for some people, is a space to zone out and do their thing. But for me, it’s ALWAYS been about community. Even when we need to lock in, someone else is ready to push, pull, or cheer us through it.

As I write I am reminded, the whole idea about being a Fithack is that there’s more to life than the gym and so much more joy moving through life. Many of my values and practices cross over between both worlds. This really is how I get through life at all. I lean into my community. When I’m locked in, my community is there. When my community is locked in, I don’t stand by. I get closer.

These words are echos in my mind, “I don’t know how you do it all.” This is it. I make a decision, I show up, and the only way I’m stopping is when I get where I’m going.
Taking breaks can give you more momentum for the work, and sometimes you just have to push through.

Idk if a person can really understand how much fitness lends to your life without actively experiencing it, because it really is profound. But I think every step forward is a step in the right direction. So keep showing up and see what happens next. You might even surprise yourself 💗💗💗

I always say @lululemon knows how to throw a party 10/10 SO MUCH FUN 🎉

lululemon

@fithack More than a race. More than a party. Exactly the kind of energy we hoped to create.
