For Suicide Prevention Month, I wanted to share a part of my story I’ve kept private for a long time.

I don’t want to be ashamed of struggling anymore. Recovery hasn’t been linear, but I’ve found what helps me and I’m so grateful I stayed. If you are experiencing something similar, YOU ARE NOT ALONE ☀️

At 14, I couldn’t imagine being 23. I’m really glad I got to meet her 💗

Can’t imagine how hard this would’ve been sharing this but you should be so proud of yourself and younger you for continuing to push through even when it felt like it was the end.
