We are back!!!

Frisbee training kicks off Tuesday the 15th of September on maguires pitches 🥏

⏰ Times:
Tuesday - 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Thursday - 6:00 - 8:00 pm

👉 What to bring:
- Light jersey
- Dark jersey
- Water
- Boots

⚠️ Everyone is welcome but don’t forget to sign up for your membership on the UL Wolves website first.

Also make sure to drop into the UL sports arena and talk to some of our committee members at the clubs and societies fair on the 9th of September.

postpartum taught me that “self care” doesn’t always have to be a big gesture. sometimes it’s 10 uninterrupted minutes, a warm shower in silence with freshly washed, bouncy hair 😂

I’ve been using the @method_uk peace + petals volumising shampoo & conditioner to shake up my routine and give my hair that full, bouncy, never-weighed-down feeling… because apparently good hair really can change my entire mood 😂

a little reminder that taking a moment for yourself isn’t selfish. sometimes it’s exactly what you need to go back into the chaos feeling a little more like YOU 🤍
