A sandwich is “a dish typically consisting variously of meat, cheese, sauces, and vegetables used as a filling between slices of bread, or placed atop a slice of bread (known as an open sandwich); or, more generally, any dish in which bread serves as a container or wrapper for another food type”.

Hope that helps. Is a hot dog a sandwich?

Drill into the details of what constitutes a sandwich at our link in bio.

One of the most freeing things you can realize about other people:

They are not watching you nearly as closely as you think they are.

We tend to assume everyone noticed the awkward thing we said, the zit on our face, the outfit we’re second-guessing, or the moment we completely fumbled a conversation.

But most people are busy managing their own thoughts, insecurities, and internal monologue.
So maybe you don’t need to be so self-conscious.

Maybe you can wear the thing, say the thing, dance badly, make the joke, walk into the room and stop worrying so much about how you’re being perceived.

That’s pretty liberating.

Did this experiment surprise you? 👀
