What an experience ✨⛰️🏃‍♀️

I had the incredible opportunity to document @beyond.ok in her venture to complete the Leadville 100: a 100 mile footrace (@leadvilleraceseries)in the San Isabel National Forest in central Colorado. So many memories and friendships made, and I cannot wait to cut everything together to share.

Chicken n’ Dumplings (410 cals + 48g protein/≈2 cups)🍲🥕🫛 This recipe makes 6 servings:
-2 medium carrots, chopped.
-1/2 large White Onion, chopped.
-1 cup frozen corn
