After more than six years of early mornings, hard sessions, big laughs and being a massive part of the Prolific community, it’s time to say goodbye to Coach Nuggy ❤️

Nuggy has had such a positive impact on our gym and the people in it. She’s helped countless members become fitter, stronger and more confident and always brought plenty of energy and personality along the way.

We’re incredibly grateful for everything you’ve given to Prolific over the years, you’ll always be part of the family.

I’ll miss you, my family will miss you and the whole gym family will miss you.
