As someone who has always had her hair be the one thing that made me feel good about myself, losing it really pushed me outside of my comfort zone.

It truly is a normal part of any significant stress on your body, which includes losing at a quick pace. There are some things you can do to help, but ultimately it may just be a part of the course.

My hair is growing back! I’ve found a regimen that has really helped. Comment “LOCKS” if you want to see exactly what I’ve been using.

Also-the protein shake I use has all my vitamins/fiber/biotin/probiotics/adaptogens in it. On days I have that, I skip my multivitamin. Let me know if you want that info too.

New fall set! 🍂 I just had a conversation with a friend who did a big set of (different) freezer meals, and she was discouraged because the meals didn’t taste that good. I am so confident that these are a different thing than just “dump it all in the crockpot and hope for the best.” I’ve tested these all *multiple* times as freezer meals and LOVE THEM ALL.
