🇵🇹 IT’S COMPETITION DAY! 🏆

After four days of training, getting to know new horses, finding the buttons and building partnerships, today our GAT Portugal riders head into the competition arena!

But before we do, a moment for the most important members of the team…🐴

We have so much appreciation for these incredible animals and everything they do for us. They don’t speak our language, they don’t know that today is “competition day”, and they certainly don’t know what result we’re chasing. They simply put their trust in us and try their hearts out.

On a GAT Tour, that feels even more special. Our riders arrive as complete strangers to their horses and, in just a few short days, have to learn to understand one another, adapt, build trust and become a team.

It’s pretty incredible what horses allow us to do, where they take us and how much they teach us along the way.

So today, whatever happens between the start and finish flags, the biggest thank you goes to them. 🫶

Now it’s time to enjoy every second of it.

Let’s go, Team GAT Portugal! 🇵🇹🐴🏆
