53 let. 77 pater po schodech. Bez zastavení. A nahoře ještě síla na další nášup. Pusťte si tenhle ranní masakr. Takhle překvapenou samu ze sebe mě často neuvidíte😂💪🔥 V 6:45 jsme s trenérem @patrikvalcak a s kámošem @slavikjaro a naším Kájou vyrazili vzhůru hotelem @addressbeachresort v Dubaji. Cíl? Podle Guinnessovy knihy rekordů nejvýše položený venkovní infinity bazén v budově na světě. Ve výšce 293,9 metru. V 77. patře. A my k němu šli po svých. 😎 Čekala jsem, že si sáhnu na dno. Místo toho jsem nahoře koukala: „To už jsme tady?!“ Bez zastavení, spousta lidí za mnou a pořád pořádná rezerva. Skoro s prstem v nose. Moje běžná desítka nebo dvanáctka mi kolikrát naloží mnohem víc. V tu chvíli jsem byla přesvědčená, že kdyby ten barák byl třikrát tak vysoký, pokračuju. Takže ať si kuwa kdo chce co chce říká o mém běhání. Dneska za mě promluvily nohy. A měly 77 pater argumentů.V mých letech mít takovou kondici není samozřejmost. Já si ji poctivě odběhala. I ve dnech, kdy se mi nechtělo. Kdy jsem nadávala. Kdy bych si bez problému obhájila, proč zrovna dneska vynechat. Každý kilometr byl vklad. Každá minuta pohybu další prachy do banky. A dneska jsem si přišla vybrat. I s úrokama. 💸 Je to lepší než si z banky odnést balík peněz? Zase ze sebe nebudu dělat svatou. Ale dneska to bylo fakt těsný😂Ten adrenalin, ten výhled a hlavně ta spokojenost sama se sebou. Stojíte nahoře a dojde vám, že všechna ta obyčejná rána, kdy jste prostě obuli boty a šli, vás dostala až sem. A já si tam řekla: „Simono, ty ses na sebe fakt nevykašlala.“Tohle je na tom nejkrásnější. Zjistit, kolik síly v sobě máte. A mít ze sebe radost, kterou vám nikdo nevezme. Vy, co tenhle pocit znáte, víte přesně, o čem mluvím. Vám a všem, kteří mi fandíte, mávám ze 77. patra. ❤️a vy, co mi pořád vysvětlujete, že to nemám zapotřebí? Máte pravdu. Nemám. Já totiž chci. Tak si dole ještě chvíli remcejte. Já už vás odsud stejně neslyším🤟💋💋💋DONE #andthewinneris🏆

On this day, 29 October 1948, a massacre by the Israeli army took place in the Palestinian village of Al-Dawayima killing hundreds of people (content note: physical and sexual violence). One Israeli soldier, S Kaplan, wrote a letter to a newspaper describing what happened: “There was no battle and no resistance (and no Egyptians). The first conquerors killed from 80 to 100 [male] Arabs, women and children. They killed the children by smashing their skulls with sticks. There was not a home without its dead... Arab men and women who remained in the village were shut into houses without food or water. Then came sappers to blow up houses. One commander ordered a sapper to put two old Arab women into the particular house that was going to be blown up with them inside. The sapper refused, saying he took orders only from his commander. So the commander ordered his soldiers to shut the women in, and the horror was perpetrated. One soldier boasted that he had raped an Arab woman and then shot her. Another Arab woman who was carrying a newborn baby was made to clean the courtyard, where the soldiers eat. She did that service for a day or two, and in the end she and her baby were shot.” The newspaper did not publish the letter. Around 60 people were murdered in the local mosque, most of them elders, and 85 people who sought refuge in the nearby cave of Iraq al-Zagh were also murdered there – including women and children. Estimates of casualties range from 200 up to 500-1000, according to the US consul. After the massacre, the surviving residents of the village, which previously numbered around 3700, fled as refugees in the West Bank and Jordan. A few years after the massacre, the Israeli village of Amatzya was established over a portion of the ruins of al-Dawayima.
