DUMBO is ticketing e-scooters again.
Another rider just got flagged for cruising the wrong way down Water St — locals joke the real map out here isn't Citi Bike's app, it's knowing which cobblestone block the parking enforcement cart can't actually drive on.

Scooter enforcement in this neighborhood clearly runs on its own terrain.
Some riders get pulled over on the flat stretch, while someone else banks a hard left onto the cobblestones and the cart just gives up the chase — like that's exactly what the manual recommends.
