🤯 VIRAL CHEESECAKE FACTORY CAJUN SALMON

There’s this incredible looking (and massive Cheesecake Factory salmon plate thats been going viral, so I decided to make an easier, healthier version at home.

This has some air fried salmon, over some healthier mashed potatoes, over an easy garlicky creamy cajun sauce, and let me tell you, this is such an incredible easy weeknight dinner.

INGREDIENTS:
For the salmon:
1 lb salmon 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
OR
1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp oregano Salt and pepper

For the mashed potatoes:
3 russet potatoes 1/4 cup bone broth 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 tbsp butter Salt and pepper

For the Cajun cream sauce:
1/2 tbsp butter 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp Cajun seasoning 1/2 cup chicken bone broth 1/4 cup heavy cream or half andhalf 2 tbsp grated parmesan Squeeze of lemon
A small pinch salt

Here is how to make it:

1️⃣ Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork tender. You can also microwave them like I did. Drain, then mash with the butter, warm bone broth, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.

2️⃣ Drizzle the salmon with a touch of avocado oil and season with Cajun seasoning, or use the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣ Air fry the salmon at 400°F for 9-10 minutes, depending on thickness.

4️⃣ For the sauce, melt the butter in a pan and add the garlic, tomato paste, and Cajun seasoning. Cook for about a minute. Add the bone broth, cream, and parmesan. Simmer for a couple minutes until creamy, then finish with a squeeze of lemon, taste and add salt if needed.

5️⃣ Add the mashed potatoes to a plate, place the salmon on top, pour some sauce, and ENJOY!

After searching the only thing that came up was a court date for November 6th 2026 not November 5th as Terraine said on live. This case is not a case regarding her sons Chrisean Jesus this is an old case filed against both her and zues network by actress Roma MONTAKHABI from BMF. Democrats will maintain control of at least 10 of the 15 districts targeted by GOP redistricting efforts and have flipped at least four of their redistricting targets away from Republicans.

So far, they've held on to three targeted seats in Florida, three in Texas, two in Ohio, and one each in Alabama and North Carolina. Meanwhile, Democrats have so far picked up three seats in California and one in Utah.

When Republicans, led by President Donald Trump, launched a historic mid-decade redistricting war last year, their goal was to protect their razor-thin majority in the House. Now, Democrats have taken back the House and the strategy seems to have backfired.
