Sometimes you have to give someone the ick to sit comfortably! 🤣🤣 The crowd at the live show in PA was awesome!
Our old and very functional root cellar. So cool that this little underground cave built with stones and soil can store our root vegetables and cabbage throughout the whole winter season without freezing. They really knew what they were at when they constructed this root cellar. I think it is as old as the cottage we live in, which is almost 200 years. The size of the stones at the back wall is crazy, I think you can see it behind the potato sacks. We always hang our cabbage and kohlrabi upside down with the root still on and they keep until late spring next year. The beetroots, carrots and potatoes we just leave as they are on the photos, no need to cover or put in sand. They also keep until late spring that way.
WHAT HAS HAPPENED TEXAS!
Jon and I have designed our first home collection for Anthropologie. Forty-six pieces, each a year in the making, with an almost unreasonable amount of heart (and fringe). Every single item is something I wanted for our own home but could never find, so I made them—for me, for you, for us. You can find the story behind the collection at the link in bio.
