Remember how far you’ve come.
15 to 22 years old. 7 years in the gym.

When I first started, I never imagined I’d be where I am today, competing at the highest level in bodybuilding. Back then, all I wanted was to get stronger, live a healthier lifestyle, and become a better version of myself.

What people don’t always see is that the majority of the growth happens between the before and after pictures. Not just physically, but mentally and as a person. All the small improvements, challenges, lessons, and experiences that shape who you become along the way. Every stage of the journey came with its own challenges and new levels to conquer.

Looking back, I realize how important it was to focus on what was right in front of me. If I had spent those early years comparing myself to people at the top and putting pressure on myself to be where they were, I genuinely don’t think I would’ve made it this far.

There’s nothing wrong with having big goals, but don’t let the distance between where you are and where you want to be take away from the progress you’re making today.

Learn to appreciate every stage of the journey. Keep showing up, keep improving, and trust that the small steps will add up to something much bigger over time.

If you’re a Bangalore parent, don’t miss this place!

It’s a village-style setup with so much to explore—from scenes of village life to animal models that little ones will love. Kids can look around, learn and enjoy plenty of fun activities too!

You can bring your toddlers, parents and grandparents along—it’s a lovely spot for a family outing. There’s a restaurant inside too, so you can enjoy a meal and spend a relaxed day together.

All this, right here in Bangalore! Comment “LOCATION” and I’ll share the location in your DMs. 💛

THE MOST INTERESTING THINGS IN GEORGIA

are hidden behind gates and inside courtyards 🤫

To truly experience the character and soul of this country, simply visiting the tourist routes isn’t enough. You’ve probably seen less than 1/10 of what Georgia has to offer.

The real heart of Georgia is its people. Music, food, dancing, culture - here, they don’t live in museums, but in little courtyards and streets. That’s where real life happens 🤌🏻

We visited a family cheese-making workshop - the entrance was through a tiny, unassuming courtyard 🧀

We helped harvest grapes - and believe me, if we hadn’t known, we would never have guessed that real Georgian qvevri, filled with tons of wine, were buried behind those tiny gates 🍇

We made bread with our own hands, cooked khinkali, and enjoyed delicious food around the same table with locals, as if we were part of their families 🍽️

Georgia is beautiful, fragrant, and incredibly delicious - I’m telling you this as someone who knows a thing or two about food!

Would you like to travel this way too? 🥰

The chaotic energy we need 🚗😂
