The great thing about creative work is that no two briefs are ever the same.
Usually, a museum begins with the story. The story informs the graphic design, the 3D design, and eventually, what gets built.
This one happened backwards.
The structure was already standing when we came in for the narrative and curatorial work. We had walls.
We had pillars. And somehow, we had to fit the full breadth of a man who had lived a very big life inside them.
It reminded us that storytelling has no fixed template.
Sometimes the process happens in the wrong order. Sometimes the constraints come first. But if you can find the essence, you can always find the story.
