We’re looking for Talent Agents to join our team - fully remote and uncapped commissions!

We’re a global artist and creator management company working across music, sport, lifestyle and beyond. If you have a great eye for talent and the ambition to build your own roster, we want to hear from you.

You’ll scout and sign your own creators, manage relationships, and secure brand deals.

The role is fully remote, flexible, and commission-based with uncapped earning potential. You’ll also plug straight into an established network and existing client base from day one so you’re not starting from scratch.

Experience in talent management, influencer marketing or a creative agency is a bonus. Mostly we’re looking for people who know talent when they see it.
