2 months agoI still remember when tabs first came out. Was such a mind blowing game changer lol
2 months agoIf I'm actively looking for something/ research: 10-15. If I'm listening to stuff, I'll pre-orgenize about 6-10 tabs in the order I want to hear em. Then close them
2 months agoBookmarks. Close tab when done. Close browser when done. Shut down computer when done. Keep desktop EMPTY...
2 months agoI would find that so stressful. To me, the Web browser is a to-do list, and every open tab is an obligation. I must interact and absorb every ounce of info on this tab so that I can feel the dopamine of closing it and discover to my blissful surprise that I have one tab left. 😌
2 months agoI’ll have three screens and 3-4 tab groups and my worst case scenario is 30-40 in one group. Computers does. BSOD when I open Photoshop or InDesign.
2 months agoDepends on what I’m doing, but I can have anywhere from only a dozen to several hundred open at any one time. Think my record highest ever was 2000 but that time doesn’t count, I was auto-downloading data files and each time it opened in a tab. Pro-Tip: don’t ever use Chrome if you keep a lot of tabs open or need to open a bunch in a short window.
2 months agoOn mobile, around 20. On PC, I have 2 tab groups that are saved. Each with about 10. But I only have those open when I need thay specific thing.
