Skatedex

A lot of people have asked us “Where did you get all the skateparks?” Well… here you go 👇

@kyer first started uploading Skateparks back in 2021 after realizing Google and Apple Maps weren’t built with reliable skatepark data. Since then we’ve grown the Skatedex database to more than 8,600 skateparks worldwide👏

Between filming street edits and throwing the dopest events in the valley, we are grinding literallyyyy🛹💥

This week we uploaded 283 parks across the UK, 87 in Michigan, 66 in Arizona, 28 in Idaho, 28 in Nevada, 17 in Wyoming and next we face the beast of California😆

Uploading parks from scratch and verifying exact coordinates, photos, and each individual obstacle!! (You can search by obstacle btw🤫)

Thousands of hours of work and thousands more to come, but we are down for the ride! This is our gift to the world. This is our passion - to provide skaters and riders of all kinds a platform for reliable information, community engagement, session tracking and ultimately skate folios to send to their desired sponsors.

But, we can’t be everywhere at once…

We need your help by engaging, posting clips, reviews, and obstacles. If we can water this seed, together we can build the most amazing platform known to the world of extreme sports!! This only works if everyone gets involved🫶

If you are down for the cause we will see you in the app!! No rider goes unnoticed. We’re stoked every time we see a new post and park check in. If you’re steezy with it I’ll even throw you the repost👀👀

If you’re interested in Ambassadorship DM me on the app chris or @skatedex - we already have a huge community in the Salt Lake Valley and are rapidly growing across the world🌎

Join your friends and become a part of something bigger. We are already shooting to the moon, come join the ride!!🚀🌝

Huge thank you to the dedicated friends and users from across the world that have helped us by posting clips, taking photos, and abosolutly RIPPING at every park🙌🙏
