Father Banished Alongside Daughter After Allegedly Impregn@ting Her in Enugu State

A community in Enugu State has reportedly banished a father and his daughter after the man allegedly had a s+xual relationship with her, resulting in her pregnancy.

The incident occurred in Nenwe Community, where a video circulating on social media showed the father and daughter being paraded with palm fronds before they were banished from the community.

The video has sparked reactions online, with some social media users expressing concern for the girl and suggesting that she may be a victim of s+xual ab¥se rather than someone who should be punished alongside her father.

The incident has also generated discussions about the community’s decision to banish both individuals, particularly given the alleged ab¥se of the daughter by her father.

The Rajinikanth starrer is expected to cross Rs. 200 crore at the box office within its first two days. With the film reportedly collecting over Rs. 75 crore on Friday, it is showing strong momentum. Given the current trend, the movie could potentially target Rs. 100 crore each on Saturday and Sunday, provided the weekend response remains strong. Its performance over the next two days will be crucial in determining how far the film can go at the box office.

You see sweat. Your body feels the heat. 🔥

And there’s more happening than a towel working overtime. 😂

Heat raises your heart rate and increases blood flow to your skin. Sauna sessions can also help you unwind and may ease muscle soreness.

I use my infrared sauna 3–4 times a week, sometimes in the morning and sometimes after training. It’s a chance to slow down and give recovery some attention. 💪🏾

The research is interesting, but context matters: many of the long-term heart-health findings come from traditional Finnish saunas, so we can’t assume every infrared session delivers identical benefits.

📚 Research on PubMed:
• Clinical Effects of Regular Dry Sauna Bathing: A Systematic Review — PMID: 29849692
• Cardiovascular and Other Health Benefits of Sauna Bathing: A Review of the Evidence — PMID: 30077204

Training gets a place in your diary. Recovery deserves one too.

Are you a regular sauna user, or do you walk out after two minutes questioning your life choices? 😂👇🏾
