أسهل وأطيب كيكة تفاح خريفية بخليط الكيك الجاهز! 🍎🤎 استخدمت خليط كيك الفانيلا، وبدّلت المي بالحليب بنفس الكمية المكتوبة على العلبة، عشان تطلع الكيكة أغنى وأطرى. مع التفاح والقرفة والزنجبيل والهيل والجوز، النتيجة كيكة هشة، مليانة قطع تفاح، وريحتها بتعبّي البيت! المقادير خليط الكيك * 1 علبة خليط كيك فانيلا جاهز * البيض والزيت حسب تعليمات العلبة * الحليب بدل المي، بنفس الكمية المكتوبة على العلبة * 1½ ملعقة صغيرة قرفة * ¾–1 ملعقة صغيرة زنجبيل مطحون، حسب الرغبة * ½ ملعقة صغيرة هيل مطحون * رشة جوزة الطيب، اختياري * ½ كوب جوز مكسّر خشن * ¼ كوب زبيب، اختياري طبقة التفاح * 3–4 حبات تفاح متوسطة، مقطعة مكعبات صغيرة * 2–3 ملاعق كبيرة سكر، حسب حلاوة التفاح * 1 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة * 1 ملعقة صغيرة عصير ليمون * 1 ملعقة صغيرة فانيلا * 1–2 ملعقة كبيرة طحين لتغليف التفاح طبقة القرفة والسكر * 1 ملعقة كبيرة سكر * ½ ملعقة صغيرة قرفة صوص الفانيلا * ½ كوب سكر بودرة * 1–2 ملعقة كبيرة حليب، بالتدريج * ¼ ملعقة صغيرة فانيلا طريقة التحضير 1. قطّع التفاح مكعبات صغيرة، واخلطه مع السكر والقرفة وعصير الليمون والفانيلا. أضف الطحين وقلّب لحد ما تتغطى قطع التفاح بطبقة خفيفة؛ هالخطوة بتساعد على توزيعها بالخليط بدل ما تنزل كلها للقاع. 2. اخلط خليط الكيك مع البيض والزيت والحليب حسب تعليمات العلبة، مع استبدال المي بالحليب بنفس الكمية. أضف القرفة وال
