Surprise! Moonbug has been dealing with minor incontinence too! Due to a broken leg as a wee baby (and in conjunction w his breed), he’s developed hip dysplasia. He can’t always make it into the litter box and often falls over while grooming or trying to reach his cecals. He’s taking Oxbow joint support treats and on Meloxicam (w routine kidney/liver lab work) to keep him comfortable. We also bought him a new litter box with wide front and side entries.

He doesn’t seem like he’s slowing down or unhappy at all! He lives every day happy as a dream w his bunwife Vixey and is smothered in lovies! He’s a little over 6 years old now and is a total toe nibbler! 🤣 We will do all that we can to keep him comfortable and mobile for as long as he’ll tolerate. We do adore our BIG bug from the moon! 🤍💫✨
