I realized yesterday was my two-year comedyversary. I haven’t done it consistently. I’ve taken month long breaks in between for life and other hobbies but just glad to still be writing jokes and having a good time.

This banana chia pudding takes just 5 minutes to prep and gives you around 29g of protein and 10g of fibre 🙌

Make it the night before and that’s one less thing to think about in the morning.

It’s creamy and filling, with protein from Greek yoghurt, fibre and healthy fats from chia seeds, and live cultures from kefir.

If you’re unsure about the miso, it gives the banana a lovely sweet, salty, caramel-like flavour. One of you even said it reminded you of banoffee pie. Just read the app comments!

Miso banana chia pudding

Ingredients (makes 1)

15g chia seeds
50ml kefir (dairy)
50ml milk of choice
1 tsp maple syrup
200g Greek yoghurt
1 banana
½ tbsp white miso paste
1 tsp raw cacao powder, for dusting

Last night @teatroregiotorino for the opening of the opera season with Cavalleria rusticana and Pagliacci. What an evening. The voices, the music, the sheer emotion of it all. And I have to say, the set for Cavalleria rusticana was the most beautiful I have ever seen. I was completely mesmerised.

I had almost forgotten how deeply moving a night at the opera can be. There is nothing quite like sitting in a beautiful theatre, letting the music take over and finding yourself so caught up in it all.

And for anyone visiting Torino, Teatro Regio is a must. Designed by the brilliant Carlo Mollino, it’s one of my favourite places in the city. Go for the architecture, stay for the opera. Preferably both. ❤️
