"In brightest day, in blackest night, No evil shall escape my sight. Let those who worship evil's might Beware my power--Green Lantern's light!". Peace and Love everyone. I hope everybody is good and well. I had to illustrate this😅. I was inspired by the series, Lanterns which is based on the Green Lantern Corps. The series is primarily focused on Hal Jordan and John Stewart who is Hal's new recruit who are investigating a murder in Nebraska. I love this series, I love the grounded tone and I love the whole true Detective vibes. I will say is this episode 3 is one of the best episodes as it is focused on John Stewart's origin story which tackled serious themes such as race similar to his comic origin story. If you haven't seen Lanterns, I highly recommend it @greenlantern #adobeillustrator #graphicdesign #vectorart #fanart #digitalillustration #digitalart #artistoninstagram #blackart #blackartist #comicart #dccomics #greenlantern #aaronpierre #lanterns #comicbook #blerd #johnstewart ##johnstewartgreenlantern #haljordan #haljordanandthegreenlanterncorps #Lanterns
