Photo by Samuel Péchenart on September 06, 2026. May be an image of coffee cup, cup and text that says 'Attendre de savoir à quelle sauce on va être mangés. Quelle politique? Quels impôts' ? Quel effet sur les prix ? Sur le papier, attendre paraît prudent.'.
Photo by Samuel Péchenart on September 06, 2026. May be an image of text that says 'Pendant ce temps, je vois certains biens se négocier jusqu'à u'à-30 -30 % du prix initial.

Photo by Samuel Péchenart on September 06, 2026. May be an image of text that says 'Vous les trouvez moches. L'annonce dit < en bon état >.
