Hong Kong’s most iconic rooftop venue is back with a bold new identity. #TheParkLaneHongKong (@theparklanehongkong) has relaunched SKYE Roofbar & Grill (@skyeparklane), trading its previous concept for a grill-led menu built around premium meats, sustainable seafood, and farm-to-table produce grown in its own rooftop garden — all set against sweeping views of Victoria Harbour and Victoria Park. The menu centres on the grill, with standouts like Australian Stockyard Wagyu tomahawk, Korean Hanwoo T-bone, and USA Prime rib-eye served with red wine jus and house-made barbecue sauce, alongside sustainably sourced seafood. The Hong Kong Street Cocktail Collection has been refreshed too, with five new additions — including Tonkin Street, a sake-based sip with wasabi, shiso and furikake, and Shanghai Street, a bourbon-based pour layered with honey, sesame walnut and hinoki bitters — each one named for a Hong Kong street and built around its history.
