Mastery on a plate. 🌊✨

Chef Florian Muller brings contemporary French elegance to the new lunch menu @skyeparklane with this exceptional new creation.

At the heart of the dish is our premium beechwood smoked bottarga from @so_boutargue. Hand-selected and naturally cured, its delicate smoky depth adds an intense umami contrast to the fresh textures of the seafood carpaccio.

Pure culinary artistry with a view to match. 🍽️🏙️

A modern twist on a Hong Kong classic 🥣🌺

Lenka Chan from SKYE Roofbar & Grill (The Park Lane Hong Kong) brings local heritage to the modern bar scene with her SKYE Herbal Tea mocktail.

Rooted in traditional HK herbal tea culture, this creation uses CROSSIP Pure Hibiscus as a bold, floral base, seamlessly blended with homemade ginger syrup, monk fruit, and red date tea. Presented in a traditional porcelain bowl alongside nostalgic haw flakes, it’s a striking blend of East meets West. by @skyeparklane

Hong Kong’s most iconic rooftop venue is back with a bold new identity. #TheParkLaneHongKong (@theparklanehongkong) has relaunched SKYE Roofbar & Grill (@skyeparklane), trading its previous concept for a grill-led menu built around premium meats, sustainable seafood, and farm-to-table produce grown in its own rooftop garden — all set against sweeping views of Victoria Harbour and Victoria Park. The menu centres on the grill, with standouts like Australian Stockyard Wagyu tomahawk, Korean Hanwoo T-bone, and USA Prime rib-eye served with red wine jus and house-made barbecue sauce, alongside sustainably sourced seafood. The Hong Kong Street Cocktail Collection has been refreshed too, with five new additions — including Tonkin Street, a sake-based sip with wasabi, shiso and furikake, and Shanghai Street, a bourbon-based pour layered with honey, sesame walnut and hinoki bitters — each one named for a Hong Kong street and built around its history.
