You’re going to pay a price either way.

You either pay the price of discipline for a few years,

or you pay the price of being undisciplined for the rest of your life.

Staying down, cutting out the noise, and sacrificing comfort in the short term hurts. But being broke at 50,

stressed over bills, and trapped by bad decisions hurts a whole lot more.

Pick your pain.

This story 😭 "The Nutcracker Wish" 🎬 Nov 2 👇

We hope you have as much fun watching this movie as we did making it @thenutcrackerwishmovie on @tubi & @therokuchannel and beyond NOV 2 🎁

And that @emilio_palafox_ story inspires anyone out there who might be going through a hard time right now... to know that "this too shall pass" and if you keep working on yourself and believing in possibilities...

Magic & miracles can happen... maybe even bigger & better than you could've ever imagined ✨

Your "breakdown" might be leading you to your biggest breakthrough.... your mess might be becoming your miracle... 👀

It's not always easy, but it is also so worth it. 😭

Life Update: I've been quiet on social media lately.. I just haven't really been in the mood to post anything.. but, im still here. 🙂

The Good: I have a new apartment, and one of my BFF's is my roomate.. which REALLY helps with my loneliness struggles. I have my puppy "Puck," who I lubs soooo much. He's in the middle of potty training, and keeps me active. I've been getting into video games again. I've been playing Modern Warfare 4, and Star Wars Rogue Racers... but really, I'm just filling the time until GTA6 comes out. I've been going to therapy, and I finally see the positives that come from it.

The Bad: I'm still struggling with mental health stuff, with a side of stress and anxiety. I get overwhelmed easily and breakdown emotionally. It's been challenging. Also, I'm currently injured and can't play Hockey, which I'm devastated about. And finally, I feel a bit loveless lately. I think I'm ready for someone committed to love me, and me.. them. I don't want to sleep in an empty bed anymore. I want someone to for cuddles, and kisses.

The Ugly: I'm injured. I sprained my wrist over a month ago, and it still hurts, and last week I dislocated my shoulder, which means ill be out from hockey for weeks. Also, I've gained some weight back from all that I lost last year.. I feel I look much healthier, but the extra pounds make me feel a bit... "solid." It's kind of an uncomfortable feeling. I didn't gain much back, but the balance between wanting to feel healthy, and wanting to eat everything in my fridge has been VERY one sided.

So yeah, that's a brief summary of my life over the last month or 2. Sorry to have ghosted you.. but I'm still around. - Mika 🫶
