Reactive padwork
A fighter cannot rely on a coach shouting every command. He has to use his eyes, read the movement, recognize the trigger, and make the decision himself.
The pads become a living opponent.
Every movement creates a question. Every reaction creates an answer.
This develops a fighter’s boxing IQ, instincts, timing, awareness, and ring generalship. It teaches him to see the fight, not wait to be told what to do.
You can’t coach a fighter to think in the ring. You have to train him to think.
