2 months agoAppalling post-possession service at Piramal Vaikunth 🚨 Signed possession under your standard process trusting a professional builder, but what followed is zero support and a flat full of defects. Despite raising these within the mandatory 15-day window, customers are left chasing the FM team with zero accountability. Here is what remains unresolved in Unit [Your Flat Number]: 🧱 Civil & Structure: Severe dampness/seepage on common bathroom outer walls, hollow & chipped tiles, improper drainage slopes (a major risk for seniors), and poor grouting. 🪟 Carpentry & Hardware: Faulty door locks (common bathroom & study) and non-locking right-side windows. Missing kitchen accessories. 🚰 Plumbing & Electrical: Rusted bathroom fittings, leaking jet spray, slow kitchen sink drainage, and non-functional ACs (with no warranty cards provided yet). 🎨 Finishing: Poor wall finishes and incomplete paint touch-ups throughout. 📋 Admin Silence: Absolute zero communication post-possession regarding fitout guidelines or stamp paper/documentation requirements. We expect professional delivery, not endless follow-ups. Please treat this with the urgency it demands
2 months agoThere are several defects and unfinished works in the flat, including: Broken/damaged tiles. Defective and poor-quality locks. Improperly installed flush plates. Cracks and poor finishing on the study-room wall. Improper POP work and finishing. Several other workmanship and finishing issues that were identified immediately after possession.
2 months agoTotal scam by this project Honestly, I don’t think these debris charges are justified. If we have already paid the building maintenance for the entire year, wouldn’t waste/debris collection be expected to be covered under that? And on top of that, Rs 5000/- + charging Rs 900 plus GST for garbage collection seems excessive. 😂 The irony is that the same waste can potentially be sold to a scrap dealer, generating additional revenue With 14 flats per floor and 41 floors in the tower, that’s approximately 574 flats. Even if each flat contributes ₹900, That’s a significant amount, so I think there should be complete transparency on why this charge is being levied and where the money is going. Even today, I noticed that waste such as old curtains, fridge packaging, and other discarded items is being moved to the underground parking area and collected there. I’m not sure where this waste is ultimately being disposed of, but I believe this process needs proper clarification. As per what was communicated to me earlier, I was told that such waste would not be discarded within the Piramal premises. However, based on what I have observed, it appears that the waste is actually being disposed of within the premises. If this is the case, then it is a serious concern and needs to be addressed transparently. Residents should be clearly informed about where the waste is being taken, who is responsible for its disposal, and why we are being charged separately for this service.
2 months agoI am a customer of Piramal Vaikunth.. please don't buy flats in Piramal.. everything is fake.. they talk very good before buying the flat.. Once u buy flats they just wait for ur single delay and penalties are ready.. after delivering u will find the poor quality poor response and many poor experience
2 months agoPiramal Realty needs to stop hiding behind polished marketing. Your sales team gives false assurances, CRM penalises customers with interest for delays caused by your own internal processes, and possession is being treated as if all work is complete when it clearly isn’t. You are charging full maintenance even when amenities are incomplete and unusable, while the facilities team remains largely unresponsive. This is not how a premium project should treat its customers. Owners deserve accountability, transparency and basic livability—not excuses and charges.
2 months agoTo all genuine buyers: Be careful of the brand. Multiple issues despite receiving OC and giving posession. Promises are not kept and issues are not resolved. Cluster 3 in Piramal Vaikunth is a live example.
2 months agoExtremely disappointing experience with Piramal Realty. What should have been a smooth possession has turned into a frustrating, exhausting and expensive ordeal. Even after handover, there are unresolved leakages, snags, ongoing construction, non-functional amenities and basic operational issues. The response from the team has been mostly generic excuses with little accountability or urgency. For a developer charging premium prices, the quality of execution, possession experience and after-sales support is shockingly poor. I would strongly caution prospective buyers to think twice before investing with Piramal Realty.
