LET'S GOOOOOO! 🖤💙 @qatarairways
I am going to cry. 🥹🥹🥹 There are over a dozen women standing behind me in this video. And they have been standing behind me for… years. Each came into my life in a different season. And between them, they have witnessed every version and phase of… me. They were there when I wondered if God had forgotten that he had put the desire for love and a family in my heart. They were there through the looney toons and ding dongs I dated (and some genuinely wonderful humans who simply weren’t my humans). They were there while I finished school, started a business, created courses, wrote books, chased dreams, changed my mind, and found my way. They were there when I lost myself and found myself, only to lose and find myself all over again. They were there for the tears, the prayers, the breakthroughs, the breakups, the celebrations, the disappointments, the stories that really shouldn’t be told… Some knew me long before I had the life I have now. Others arrived along the way. And when the man I had been manifesting finally showed up, they were there for that, too. These women loved me through growth, grief, fear, pain, anxiety, and becoming. I was praying for a family. And in so many ways, I already had one. Before there was him, there was them. ♥️ Girlfriends are sacred.
