Ajo lidhet me:
Shëndetin e qelizave dhe ADN-së.
Inflamacionin kronik.
Shëndetin kardiovaskular.
Funksionimin e sistemit imunitar.

for one year of @swadesh_online, a place I highly recommend to feel belonged to India’s art. The tanjore and pichwai paintings are spectacular. Thank you, @priya_tanna, @priyankaparkash for having me.

anxiety is all consuming. it’s mental. it’s physical. and because it’s invisible, we think we should be able to push through it.

i started writing these when i began getting help. i tried lots of things but found meditating and breathing exercises to be the most helpful.

so many people i love live with anxiety. i can’t lift them out of it, but i can sit with them, hear them, and hold space.

we’re not meant to push through it alone. even with it, we can learn to live full and happy lives 🙏🏽🌷
