We won every pose except 1… putting the work in to change that. I lost the back double pose this year, but it’s still improved to the point I’ve become the best in the world, as it was probably what held me back in previous years from placing a little higher. However I’m not satisfied losing any poses. More of these workouts to come.

This butterfly didn’t take shape in a cocoon. 🦋

Meet NGC 2899, a nebula that looks like a butterfly. Its shape comes from the stars within it and their stellar winds.

Most people spend their whole lives chasing happiness and never realize they’re stuck in a race they can’t win. 🌀💭
⠀
Wake up. Rush to work. Sit in traffic. Get paid. Spend it on the things you were told would make you happy. Then do it all again tomorrow.
⠀
The new phone, the nicer car, the next sale, the next drink. Every one of them promises happiness, and every one wears off a little faster than the last. So you chase the next one, and then the next one.
⠀
That’s the trap. Money and nice things aren’t the problem. The problem is we’ve been taught that happiness is something you buy. So we keep working jobs we hate to pay for things that never fill the hole.
⠀
The scariest part is how normal it feels when everyone around you is running the same race.
⠀
Real happiness doesn’t come from more. It comes from time with the people you love, peace of mind, good health, and work that actually means something to you. None of that has a price tag, and you’ll never see it in an ad.
⠀
Money should be a tool that buys your freedom, not a leash that keeps you running.
⠀
So every once in a while, slow down and look at what you’re really chasing. If it’s not making you happier, you’re allowed to stop running.
⠀
Follow @Wealth to learn something valuable life lessons every time you open Instagram. ⭐

From Lafayette Square in Washington to Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul, public spaces near centres of power have witnessed some of the world’s most defining political movements.

These spaces have hosted demonstrations for civil rights, against wars and government policies, and demanding political accountability. From the anti-Iraq War march in London to the 2023 protests against Israel’s proposed judicial overhaul, these movements have made public dissent impossible to ignore.

So, should India allow citizens to protest near centres of power? Or, as the Opposition argues, do restrictions risk making dissent a case of ‘out of sight, out of mind’?
