Who is going to be my cowboy? 🤠

Some post show posing here-

Admittedly not my favorite look ever, but the goal of today was just to go get some bloodflow and use my lift more as a meditation than anything. One of those weird days where I’m living in my head and just trying to decompress. This prep was FULL of emotions so just taking the day to process- not all bad ones at all, just ALOT. But we had a blast, that is what matters. I get to do the thing I love and that’s so important

We’ve decided to shut it down for the season due to my lower back giving me a ton of pain and my body just being out of sorts. I mean honestly here, a little sad but I made the call as soon as I got off stage and I knew it was the right one.

Today we just breathe rinse and repeat

Imagine scientists testing tiny SHRIMP in UK rivers and discovering something they NEVER expected! 😳🦐🌊 Researchers studying freshwater shrimp across several rivers in Suffolk, England, found traces of surprising chemical substances in EVERY sample they tested! These included residues from medications, agricultural chemicals, and other substances associated with human activity. Scientists believe wastewater and environmental runoff may be contributing to the contamination.

The most concerning part? These tiny creatures are being exposed to chemicals that don't naturally belong in their environment! 😢🌍 Although the amounts detected were generally very small, researchers are investigating how long-term exposure could affect aquatic wildlife and ecosystems. It's a reminder that what humans release into the environment doesn't simply disappear — it can eventually reach the smallest creatures in our rivers. BE HONEST: Does it surprise you that everyday human activities can affect wildlife in ways we don't even realize? 😳🦐👇

McDonald’s floors have become an unexpected internet reference because of the reddish-brown tiles commonly found in older restaurant locations. For years, many McDonald’s interiors featured durable ceramic or quarry-style tiles designed to withstand heavy foot traffic, spills, grease, and constant cleaning. Their distinctive color and rectangular patterns made them instantly recognizable to anyone who grew up visiting the fast-food chain.

Over time, McDonald’s began replacing many of its older restaurant designs with modern interiors featuring neutral colors, updated furniture, and different flooring materials. However, those classic reddish tiles are still associated with the restaurant’s older aesthetic, leading people online to compare similar flooring in homes, kitchens, and living rooms to McDonald’s.
