Rest in Peace Amber. Hard to believe but I know you are back in our eternal home with our Creator. Thank you for your heart and honesty. We will remember you with love ❤️

The date can wait🥂, let me get the fit check first. #shagunpandey

So much can change in a year.

I still remember how intimidated I was to step foot in a gym. When I joined the @_alexthorogood program, the first thing I told Alex was that I only wanted to do at-home workouts. I was afraid I’d look silly lifting weights or that people would be watching me. Fast forward a year, and I’ve become my very own gym bro. 🤭

What started as something that scared me has become one of my favorite parts of my routine. I’ve gotten stronger, but I’ve also learned so much about myself along the way. The gym is now a place where I can tune everything else out, focus on myself, and feel proud of what my body can do.

If you’re someone who feels intimidated by the gym, I get it. You don’t have to walk in feeling confident or knowing exactly what you’re doing. You just have to start somewhere.🖤

No one asked me to make this post but I’m OBSESSED with my @pwr_wmn blazer.

You love to see it @spaceykacey

Muse ordered me 🍉 how thoughtful!
