✳️ Basurita Mail Club is 1 year old!! ✳️ Time really flies!

Today marks one year since I started this little project. This past year I’ve leaned more into my educator side, and while I’ve loved teaching, I really missed having a consistent art practice of my own. Making a new print every month gave me accountability, a little creative routine, and a reason to keep making even through the many art blocks that came along the way.

I’ve loved sending these colorful little envelopes out into the world, and I hope you’ve enjoyed finding them in your mailbox as much as I’ve enjoyed making them.

August is always a special month for me …Leo season, my birthday (August 18th!), and the month where so many projects that you see today we’re born: my Riso keychains, scrap packs, and of course, Basurita Mail Club.

I could keep rambling about everything this little project has taught me, but mostly I’m just really proud that I kept it going for a whole year. Like… wow!! 🥹
