Just came across this on my feed and I was just thinking about how many times. @beyonce has changed music history so many times ! The way an album is recorded . Even The day albums are released. Everyone around her said this is very dangerous for you to change the day. . But she persevered and did it anyway. She completely changed it from Tuesday to Friday and now that’s something that people do all the time now . Her releasing a visual album. With no promotion whatsoever. Didn’t you know how fearless you have to be to do something like that that’s been done forever . Making whole movies like Lemonade and Black is King and financing them herself . Being a black woman and fighting to do stadium tours. Doing her albums and completely financing them herself , so that she does not have the controlling scrutiny of the label. Not doing anything in a conventional way, but creating her own path and being disruptive.. being fearless , being about the business of creating a body of work, a whole complete album with a theme, not just putting out singles , never being obsessed with streaming. A true artist . Kudos to you, Beyonce.
SUKA YANG MANA?!🤭✅
Fuck yeah bro. FAST match in Parma, ID. Piles of moon dust. Dune buggy. Belt fed stage gun. It's for you dawg it's lit. 1: guns for the match were the Aero Pro 12.5 and Shadow Systems MR920 2: holster is the new T-Rex Titan active retention holster 3: I ran the match with a Blue Alpha battle belt lite, 2 rifle mag pouches and 2 pistol mag pouches, no chest rig or additional LBE Dust is not good for firearms. Everybody had at least a few malfunctions. I used a handful of Magpul Glock PMAGs which don't have a good reputation for handling dust, but I only had one hesitation to chamber on the last stage over two days. Otherwise zero malfunctions with the MR920. Retaining magazines in a dump pouch is a good way to keep them clean(er) but at some point you will have to go prone and your dump pouch will fill up with dust. The Aero Pro 12.5 also worked great. Once my mags got really dusty I had a few sluggish bolt closures on the first round of a magazine. No other issues. Suppressor is a direct threaded Exigent Fireteam, gas is tuned with an adjustable gas block. Very pleasant to shoot. I could definitely cater my gear to better suit this kind of match. I was carrying barely enough ammo to complete most of the stages. There were a lot of fairly long range pistol targets, and SHO/WHO shooting so a more match oriented gun would have made it easier. All the rifle targets were steel so the shots were taken at longer range for safety. A longer barrel and more magnification would have been useful on the rifle, and not a liability up close. I was warned I would want a bipod but I'm stubborn so I didn't bring one but I really should have. Apologies for the wall of text. The match was awesome, you should try one.
On Wednesday, @lesbenjamins teamed up with @apple to bring its new collection to life, showcasing the “From Earth to Sky” spectacle in Cappadocia, Turkey. 🎈 Shot on the iPhone 18 Pro Max by French filmmaker Neels Castillon, Bünyamin Aydın’s latest show celebrated 15 years of his Istanbul-based lifestyle brand. Inspired by his Anatolian heritage, Aydın began developing the collection in early 2026 with the iPad Pro (with Apple Pencil Pro) and iPhone 17 Pro Max, capturing photos and 4K video for inspiration, assembling moodboards on Freeform and prototyping the custom-built hot-air balloons on Procreate. The collection itself represents Aydın’s multicultural heritage, having been born in Germany. With what he calls a “German discipline and Turkish heart,” the duality runs through the collection. “The canvas is the West; the paint is the East,” Aydın shared about the collection, which combines contemporary silhouettes with Turkish fabrics, along with Silk Road influences. Even the massive hot air balloons drew from the flora of the Anatolian landscape, depicting green Echinops, pink trumpets, and yellow tulips. “I see my role as that of a translator and a bridge between East and West,” Aydın added. “I hope this project makes Turkish people proud.” Les Benjamins' “From Earth to Sky" show will be released on Apple beginning on October 16. Photo: Abdullah M.
