Sometimes the hardest part of being an athlete is knowing when to take a step back ❤️‍🩹

Sadly I won’t be competing at this @fiseworld @ucibmxfreestyle World Cup 🇨🇳 I’ve been quiet on social media for a week because the past few days have been a bit of a roller coaster. I’ve been dealing with vertigo which basically makes everything spin in my head like riding a rollercoaster whenever I move my head too much. I’ve talked to several doctors, worked with physios and mental coaches, and tried everything I could to get back on my bike. But in the end we decided it’s better to sit this one out.
It sucks, especially after putting in so much work and feeling ready to compete. But I guess being an athlete also means knowing when to listen to your body instead of always pushing through. My priority now is to focus on the (upcoming) World Championships rather than pushing my limits here and risking further health complications or injury. I feel bad because I’ve been riding world cups since 9 years nonstop and I always pushed through boundaries so I feel like I wanted to share this because I know I’m probably not the only athlete struggling with moments like this.

Sometimes one step back is what you need to take two steps forward.
I’ll be back 🫶🏼❤️‍🩹

Who remembers THIS one?! A little Bellydance Superstars throwback with this iconic choreography, re-staged by the fabulous Djamila in Germany!

Hearing this music again instantly transported me back—the tours, the stages, the costumes, the memories… and of course that iconic cross-step touch! 😂

Some moves just live in your body FOREVER. What a joy to dance it again and share the stage with this lovely cast. Okay, BDSS friends… when you hear this music or see that cross-step touch, what does it bring back for YOU? ❤️✨

Comment "CLAUDE" to get this tool.

Reverse engineering software used to mean years of specialist training. You'd need to learn disassemblers and decompilers before you could even start to understand how a single feature worked.

REA (Reverse Engineer Anything) is a free, open-source MCP server that gives Claude the tools to investigate any app on your computer and explain exactly how it works. Claude acts as a detective. Point it at an app and it traces every feature back to the actual code, then hands you a working copy of what it found.

What makes it different? One person used it to rebuild the full Adobe creative suite in days. REA routes everything through one MCP interface so Claude handles the entire investigation in a single conversation.
