This is hands down the highlight of my day at SEAS. It has been awhile since I was challenged to push my abilities. Today @themojoshow got me to take a stab at what seems like a mission impossible skill. Thank you Rob for being such an amazing base, keeping me safe and enabling me to attempt this twisty-uppy hand to hand skill 🙏. Thank you @homelessyogi for being such an incredible coach and spotter 🫶
