@homelessyogi, I am so happy to have you—playing, spotting, and coaching us this weekend at SEAS. You always have the most fun and coolest skills to share. Of course, I had to request that we do something extra fun and cool together. 😜

Thank you for making my request happen—and WOW, you sure know how to make me look good with this awesome dance lift! 😂🙌

Until we meet again, stay amazing! ❤️❤️❤️ by @suetcool

Last Day at SEAS …. I am so happy I got to reconnect with old friends and made so many new friends. I am so grateful I got to play with so many amazing acrobats and wished there were more days so I can play with everyone! Thank you @acro.events.in.denim and @cassandr_acro for this event. It was such a great way for me to come back to acro from an injury. I did a lot more than I could put on this reel but here is a snippet of all the shenanigans I got in to today 🤣 . Thank you all for keeping me safe and making my weekend absolutely amazing . Till we meet again stay amazing ~ love always 🫶 by @suetcool

Comment which class you’re coming to this week!! 💯

This is hands down the highlight of my day at SEAS. It has been awhile since I was challenged to push my abilities. Today @themojoshow got me to take a stab at what seems like a mission impossible skill. Thank you Rob for being such an amazing base, keeping me safe and enabling me to attempt this twisty-uppy hand to hand skill 🙏. Thank you @homelessyogi for being such an incredible coach and spotter 🫶 by @suetcool

What a great moment I had with @legcannons today . I was reminiscing on when I first met him and how much I learned from him when I first started acro. Then I remembered him teaching me a washing machine called “ham and cheese” at AcroShare in 2018. Here we are doing it once more in 2026 at SEAS. by @suetcool

Despite dead car battery coming back to Raleigh, broken garage door and crack in my car windshield, I made it to attend SEAS. It is so wonderful to see so many of my acro friends and making new friends tonight. Thank you @mustache.mike.s for being so gentle in easing me in with a lovely L-base flow and being so gentle and careful with my injuries 🙏 My execution of the flow is not perfect but I am over the moon with happiness as I have not acro since my foot injury on June 27. I am very excited to do more acro this weekend with old and new friends 🫶❤️ by @suetcool

I got injured on Saturday June 27 and this is 82 hours later. Today is the first time I attempted my handstand practice again. I just have to be super careful as I cannot bear weight on my injured foot yet. All healing vibes sent my way is greatly appreciated 🙏🙏🙏 by @suetcool

Always so much fun and love attempting skills with @swan_e_06 . Thank you so much for being so willing and patient with me. Most of all for keeping me safe . Thank you @josh_m0ves for spotting by @suetcool

Thank you for showing me your beautiful community, North Carolina. I felt so welcome. 🥰 ✨️

Extra special SO to @swan_e_06 for repping all the skills I wanted to do; yes-ing all the activities; keeping me honest with making safe choices; and making sure there's always water and snacks! 🪨 🤸🏼‍♀️🌈 🤠 🧀 by @suetcool
