On Monday, October 12, russia struck the grounds of a residential complex in Kyiv. A fire broke out at the scene, engulfing cars and a children’s playground. Evening. People come home from work, planning to have dinner, catch up with friends, watch a movie, or simply relax. But for Ukrainians, even these ordinary moments can be interrupted by russian attacks at any time. That’s exactly what happened to a young woman in Kyiv who was recording a video message for her friend when an explosion rocked the area near her home. The blast shattered windows, forcing residents to evacuate. Instead of enjoying a peaceful evening, she had to rush out of her apartment as a fire raged in the courtyard. The UAE has secured the top spot globally, with a mobility score of 182 destinations accessible without obtaining a traditional visa in advance. Singapore and Malaysia share second place with scores of 175, while Spain ranks next with 174 destinations. European countries dominate the rest of the top rankings, with Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Germany and Sweden each scoring 173. The index uses shared rankings for countries with identical mobility scores, which is why the top 10 positions include more than 10 countries. India ranks 72nd, with a mobility score of 70 destinations. The rankings highlight differences in global travel access and passport mobility. These figures are from Arton Capital’s Passport Index, which uses a different methodology from the Henley Passport Index and may therefore produce different rankings.
6 years ago, Mary sent me a cold email saying she wanted to help with our business. At the time we had a very small YouTube channel and only a handful of people on the team. But my gut told me I could trust her and that she could really make a difference. Turns out, I was right 😊 Through thick and thin, all the ups and downs of the last 6 years, Mary has been right there with me. We’ve worked side by side, she’s taken on countless responsibilities and today she’s our Business Operations Manager and someone I can truly count on. Along the way, she also brought Vhon into our team, who is now her husband! ❤️ Traveling to the Philippines to attend their wedding and be part of such an important moment in their lives was so special to me. After everything we’ve been through together, seeing them both so happy means more than I can express, I couldn’t be prouder of these two! Mary and Vhon, wishing you both an incredible life together, full of love, laughter, good health, success and plenty of adventures. Here’s to many more memories and growing together! And yes, this was my first time in the Philippines and I absolutely loved it. Definitely coming back! 🇵🇭🫶
