He did so well! This baby is a survivor, thatโ€™s for sure. All of the beagles who have been born into laboratory testing are the strongest little soldiers.

that went pretty well ๐Ÿ˜‚ 1st AG. 1st OV. 53:40. Huge PB. The work is working. @suziroyds you were absolutely incredible out there. Loved every second - even if my facials didnโ€™t show it. Very proud bf and coach. Itโ€™s been 6 months of monotonous, repetitive training with nothing to show for it. At times Iโ€™ve questioned whether itโ€™ll be worth it. Today confirmed that it is. Honestly - one of the best days of my life. Having all our family and friends there cheering us on while we run the race of our lives, and then after watching all the @404ldn team smash their races. I LOVE THIS LIFE. Might have to have a ๐Ÿปtonight. See you in London @404ldn @0.1ldn @niketraining @nathanhipgrave ๐Ÿ“น
