B L U E | I think this has been the most tricky bathroom Iโ€™ve ever designed. I was originally planning blue & white stripes in here as itโ€™s the bunk room bathroom but Iโ€™ve decided I want to keep it a bit more mid-century feeling. Iโ€™ve been all around the houses with the blue tiles though. I nearly gave up on them but some of these images have convinced me to keep going with them. I think with blue one just has to be very careful it doesnโ€™t end up looking clinical by introducing wood, art, softness and another colour such as red. I think Iโ€™m second-guessing everything as thereโ€™s so much hanging on the design of the whole of Vipers Quay. Itโ€™s not been touched properly since the 1990s and Iโ€™m now responsible for the houseโ€™s design on behalf of my entire extended family, which im loving, but Iโ€™m also feeling the weight of that responsibility. Iโ€™m off to the house (itโ€™s in Devon) on Tuesday along with some of my cousins to strip as much out as possible ahead of the builders starting on the 9th. Weโ€™re trying to save a bit of money by DIYing this bit as weโ€™re on a tight budget. Itโ€™s real and itโ€™s happening and Iโ€™m piling the pressure on myself to sort out the final design decisions. Iโ€™ll keep you posted on where I end up with this room and all the others. Keep coming back and watching if youโ€™d like to see how this bathroom and the whole house unfold over the next few months. I hope you enjoy the transformation of this incredible house as much as me! #bathroomdesฤฑgn #bathroomdesignideas #bluebathroom Bathrooms / images by (in no particular order) @uns.hobbs_interiors @winckelmans.1894 @workbyhowl @studio.sonny_ @amandanasturas @keepontilingvic @harford_house @_studio.shields

My NYC marathon condensed to less than 1 minute! The video is short, but the impact this weekend, this race, the surprise of a lifetime, and the deep feeling of accomplishment upon finishing this race will be something time could never erase or minimize! #nycmarathon2026
Here's three movements you might not be using that absolutely needs to be in your program Number one the adductor machine AKA the good girl machine You have this whole network of adductor muscles like that longus, brevis, pectineus, gracilis, obturator externus, and the adductor magnus that also does hip extension The adductors fill out the inner part of your thigh so that you don't end up with a thigh gap because that shit has been out of style for some time. So don't neglect the adductor machine because it's the only way to hit some of those muscles hip thrust There's still factions of guys who will bend over for the entire gym and spread their cheeks in an RDL but will say doing hip thrusts are gay What's gay is not doing thrusts because you're an insecure little man that doesn't know the glutes are the largest muscles in your whole body and that you should def be doing an alpha level s-tier move for them. And that's the thrust Thrusts are great because they have a high propensity for loading, short learning curve, low injury risk and transfer over to other big moves like the squat and the deadlift. If you're not doing hip thrusts then maybe stop listening to dumb strength coaches who never got out of 1985 calf raises Most people say that calves are entirely genetic but it's fact that all muscles are entirely genetic and that calves will grow just fine if you stop treating them like yesterdays empty donut box and instead treat them like that girl that's out of your league that you wanna date Meaning, treat them right and give them the attention they deserve. Train them first in the workout, with a straight leg, hold the stretch for 3-5 seconds and go heavy for 4-8 reps for 2-3 sets two to three times a week. That will take them from low leg asparagus spears to at least something respectable in a pair of shorts Drop a like and a follow for more tips
