SO excited to finally announce I’ve partnered with @oxyshred 💕⚡️ As a full time athlete, I’m super careful about what goes into my body. So this had to be a brand I actually believe in. OxyShred is the #1 functional energy brand in Australia, and it’s now making big moves in the US!! What sold me? The science. OxyShred is backed by 3 independent university studies and is clinically proven. It provides functional, metabolic energy through L-Carnitine & ATP production which is perfect for how I train, perform and feel every day. So hyped to have you along for this journey 🫶🏼 Wanna give it a try? Hit the link in my bio to try OxyShred for FREE 💗

Grindr is training its AI on your photos, your age, and your taps by default, without asking. This video shows where the app buried the off switch. The stakes are particularly high on an app like Grindr. Numerous countries criminalize same-sex relations, so being outed through your data can be dangerous. In 2021, Norway’s privacy regulator fined Grindr for sharing user data with advertisers without valid consent. The same year, Monsignor Jeffrey Burrill, then the general secretary of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, resigned after a Catholic news site said it obtained commercially available records of when and where devices had used Grindr, and correlated one to him. And last month, Grindr agreed to pay £26 million to settle UK users’ claims from UK users who alleged the app shared their personal information (in some cases including HIV status) with outside companies. The company admitted no liability. Grindr’s AI, trained on your data by default, now powers EDGE—a premium subscription the company has tested at prices as much as $350 a month.

Toronto residents dreaming of owning a home on the Toronto Islands have a rare opportunity to enter a lottery for 38 spots on the community's official Purchasers' List. Applications are open until October 30 at 4 p.m., with the draw scheduled for November 9, 2026. Only people on the list can purchase Island homes. The catch? The waiting list holds 500 names, and only one or two homes typically sell each year. Properties range from $50,000 to $700,000, excluding land leases, which cost approximately $60,000 to $78,000. Since 1994, just 70 Island homes and leases have been sold. #TorontoCulture #TorontoRealEstate #TorontoIslands #TorontoHousing #TorontoNews
