We knew our first Wellness Day would be amazing, we just didn’t know HOW AMAZING! 🥹 We weren’t expecting to cry like babies, and we weren’t expecting people from all of over the country to fly in …and say they’d do it again and again. We had to keep ourselves from sobbing as people shared how tossing the toxins and the education we share has helped them get off medications, reverse Alzheimer’s, and live pain-free. 😭 It was such a beautiful, fun, life-giving and inspiring day at @wearevibrant and we truly cannot wait to do it again! 🥰🙌 Thank you to everyone that came and made it such a memorable day for us, reminding us why we do what we do 😘

Spoiler alert: contractions hurt! 🙃 Labor prep is not just dates, red raspberry leaf tea and bouncing on a yoga ball. Mental preparation is required to best endure the discomfort of labor (even if you plan to get an epidural, like me). What techniques do you have in your bag of tricks when your contractions ramp up? 🥵 A fist full of ice for 60 seconds was a trick @chanelhogue_ taught me during my first pregnancy and while the intensity doesn’t quite compare, it’s a great practice for maintaining your breathing, keeping your body loose and releasing your jaw and shoulders, keeping your composure through discomfort. #LaborPrep #PracticeContraction #LaborandDelivery #Contractions #BirthPrep
