Florida is the #1 state in the U.S. foreclosures. Check your ZIP's forecast: reventure.app

And now I'm finding houses where sellers are taking 30-35% losses from what they bought for five years ago.

These short sales are now dragging down values across Florida's market, and suggest that we could be on the precipice of another 2008-style downturn.

The good news for buyers is that more affordability is hitting the market, especially if you live in an area like Polk County, which is one of the epicenters for this spike in foreclosures and mortgage distress.

This guy never has good news. Why don’t you move to Texas and go be annoying there.

This is typical, and predictable. House prices are tied to wages, and slave wages in Florida are never keeping pace with reality. People come from other states and then have to live with these ridiculous slave wages. Take the average wage and give it a multiplier, that's what average houses are worth, not one penny more.

It’s a trade off. Sell and lose money or keep it and lose more money via taxes, HOA’s, & club memberships. It’s a great time to buy tho for opportunistic investors.

Idk if this is true but if we have the most it would make sense we have been #1 for imports so many times in the last 6-7 years.
