🇫🇷 #France: Riots have erupted in multiple cities across France, with violent clashes between protesters and police, widespread looting, arson and mass vandalism reported. Police have deployed tear gas as officers struggle to contain the chaos.

Police vehicles, cars and public buildings have been set on fire, while shops have been looted and barricades erected. More than 195 people have been detained in Paris alone, including 13 minors.

In one incident, rioters stole a non-lethal concussion grenade launcher.

My mother, father and grand aunt literally brought me into this world on this date at our home in Trench Town Jamaica. For them it must have been such an experience, for me it remains the greatest story of my life. My mother always tells the magnificent tale of my birth and what my father had to do and how aunty helped . It’s legendary in our family history 😂. I give thanks to JAH for choosing them As simple as it sounds my beginnings remain a big part of who and how i am today. JAH
